PAULA WHITE

Paula White : The Bravest Spiritual-Leader Ever

Groups

Featured Lens - An Introduction

On the Paula White Show (May 30, 2008), a special guest appearance by Rabbi Daniel Lapin revealed a thought provoking discussion about money. Is the concept of money, your beliefs about having it, or the principles of prosperity out of balance with the teachings of Christianity or other religions?

"When one candle lights another, both burn just as bright."

Whatever your beliefs, this lens will explore the concepts and the everyday beliefs that often hinder us from our highest good. Money is Spiritual. Not at all the root of all evil we may have been taught to believe.

The Cake or Candles Principle helped me to understand what I had been thinking, helped to to recall what part of the lessons I had been harboring, and helped me to release mistaken beliefs.

Featured Lens - An Introduction

A journey toward authenticity, this lens explores how to discover your passions, create a space and time to engage in activities to nurture them, commit to, and claim them as a vehicle to living in your flow.

A spiritual journey begins long before we are conceived, however, when we are able to identify our calling and express our passion through action, we have stepped into the awakening of our personal spiritual journey. We soon experience the "Be In Your Flow" synergy that translates into living the life of our dreams.

"Go With The Flow vs. Be In Your Flow"

Gifts - Angels & Spirituality Art

This poem written by GypsyOwl is a dedication to mothers and a prayer that they will have angelic helpers as they take care of the most precious of passions, the raising of the children who will inherit the earth.

This journal design was originally created as a prayer poem journal. It has since been used for everyday journal writing, prayer lists, childrens journals, and spiritual journey notes. Great gift for young girls who are beginning to take an interest in journaling.

GypsyOwl - The Mystery Behind The Name

I have often been asked to tell the story of how I became 'GypsyOwl'. It really isn't a mystery, yet, until now I have only shared this story a few times.

The journey began while I was attending a vision quest in the spring of 2002.

I engaged in a discussion with a Lakota Chief. I thought I was listening more than I was sharing, yet, he suddenly said "You are The GypsyOwl".

His words touched my heart and I began to use the name from that point on. I later found out:

*Native American tribes (primarily plains' Indians) viewed the owl as a protector against harm and their feathers were ritually worn to ward off evil spirits.

* The meaning of the term Gypsy comes from "The Traveling People" of Romania that were so named because they had to flee prosecution from their own country 'Little Egypt.'

"The Traveling Protector"

In summary,
GypsyOwl is The Traveling Protector.

I will be sharing more about, my evolving personal meaning, of the name in another lens. I hope you will come back again and discover the meaning of the name and how significant it is to my personal spiritual journey.
