Eating Healthy For The Holidays

The leaves are falling and the fall wind blows.The holidays are coming as another year comes around for love and giving. Feeling the cool air against my skin as the wind whispers in my ear, telling me the holiday season is on its way  to bring great cheer. Winter is my favorite time of the year, This holiday season  I desire to do something healthy. I want to include plenty of vegetables, getting fresh cucumbers, squash, tomatoes, peppers,  and whatever else is  beautiful  and healthy. My motivation is remaining fit, enjoying good food, and simply learning more about eating well. This going green idea is something I can expand my knowledge on and motivate friends, family and squidoo readers about what it is to produce your own food for this holiday season and for years to come. Now that the cold season  is here, this is the time where the most of us will do things to stay in doors. Learning how to grow your own fruits, vegetables, and herbs would be a good start with eating healthy. We all desire to feel healthy,fit, and full of life, along with wanting to look young and live longer. Eating green vegatables is a great way to start.
