    When you are smudging and cleansing your home to rid it of negativity you need to be sure to open the windows, doors, drawers, closets and so on to make sure you are cleansing all areas-than put the sea salt out. If you seal your windows and doors with sea salt before doing this, I personally believe the "evil" could not leave. Since, this is such an important task, you truly want to make sure you smudge and cleanse first, than place the salt by the windows and doors.

    Great lens and info (beautiful art work!) An important reason to let these tools provide protection, I find, is that we can't learn and grow or transform while we are in a defended state.

    "I am an infinite being, not subject to________" - helps as a mantra to protect from negativity. Being an empath to the extreme, I'm aware of being attacked - learning to 'love thy attacker' - is not easy to do. I also practice saying, in mind, to the perceived attacker, "I love you, I'm sorry, please forgive me" - this helps me release thoughts of attack.

    I think I've been here before...lol. I just love your lenses & can't get enough of them. I've always had a bad effect on people (I don't know why), it seems, & there are those that think I'm a threat or something. maybe those are the energy vampires you describe, since sometimes I get sick because of them. I wish your location is near or something, so that I can visit your shop. thanks for the tip though..yes, saltwater is very effective.

    A strong concentration on positive thins and brushing the negative things away gives spiritual protection, too. This has something to do with the law of attraction, to my knowledge.

    Excellent lens. Enjoyed reading about WhiteSage. There are some great ideas here! I do cord cutting and energy clearing with the Archangels, as well as envisioning a protective bubble of energy around myself, among other things.

    Enjoyed your lens! Keep up the good work. I like to open myself to the Light, purify myself first then move to my immediate surroundings and expand as needed. Otherwise I find that I can contaminate my area with my tainted residue. In other words, I work on me first then externals.

    Really good information here. It might be helpful to explain how to put up a psychic shield. I use the example of the energy shield on the starship Enterprise. "Shields Up"

    And now you've done it. I had to follow the link for the beautiful blessing graphic and now I am hooked! I almost spent all day there instead of coming back here, lol.

    I feel like Archangel Michael protects me all of the time so that I don't have to consciously do any sort of psychic protection ritual for myself. I hadn't thought about leaving my energetic "fingerprint" on my home, though. So the cleansing you do can identify it as your house to those in the spirit world? Seems obvious but I'd not thought of that before. 5*

    That is really interesting Jewel, I see peoples "energy-spirits" and when I need too, I call in my totems and spirit guides for extra protection. Archangel Michael, is a fantastic protector! Thanks for your comment.

    I don't do spells, but I did use to smudge with sage before each meeting with the woman's group I was in. Now when I want protection I call in Archangel Michael.
    I did this in Kauai when I saw a certain man. I could "see" that he could "see" and he was not of the light. I see people's hearts and energy.

    This lens is very cool!
