Spirou (et Fantasio) is one of the foremost European classic comics featuring a range of larger than life characters like the super-animal Marsupilami or the irresistible irreverent squirrel Spip. Don't you dare miss a genial Zorglub a lovevable bad guy and above all, the lunatic Count of Champignac.

Nostalgia about Spirou?
Why I enjoy so much Spirou and friends
What makes me love Spirou is the way it is so dated - the clothings, the cars, the agents of law with ridiculous moustache...And then, when Zorglub appeared the first time, the triumph of the Franquin dreamt inventions that-just-look-so-cool.
