Be free!
Be free! If you're a Windows or a Mac user you'll be better off with Firefox as a Web browser.
Perhaps you don't know Internet Explorer (IE) on Windows and Safari on Mac are not the only browsers in the world, or rather in the world wide web.
There's no time like now to get informed and get free at last!
Mozilla-Firefox is the best choice on Windows. On Mac, this is one of the two best choices, as Camino (also derived from Mozilla) integrates very well with Mac.
If you're like me, a Linux user, Firefox is often included in Linux distributions -- aren't we lucky?
Well, let's get on with this
lens!
Mozilla makes you free and happy!
Would you choose to be a slave or feel miserable?
Libre-Fan and its author, libre fan, exist thanks to Mozilla. Well, even if the world would go on without either Libre-Fan or libre fan, still it's nice to be around on the Web and I can't help being thankful :-)As a matter of fact I launched my first Web site, Libre-Fan, at the time when Mozilla Parties were being set up all over the world back in November 2004, to celebrate the release and success of Mozilla-Firefox Preview and 1.0 versions.
As the MozParty2 Web site invited all and sundry to join in I was tempted to organize a party in a rather remote area in the Cévennes, France - though not quite the backwoods.
Though a MozParty at the "village cévenol" would never be as famous as John Coltrane playing at the Vanguard years ago, still it did take place on a bright sunny Sunday in November 2004.
Being a Mozilla fan since I hit upon Mozilla around late 2000 made me aware of libre software (as you say in English) and gave me the incentive to move on to Linux (Libranet, Ubuntu, Debian, and a couple more linux distributions).
You can see a larger picture on SpreadFirefox: Mozparty at the Village, 23 November 2004
More on the MozParty on Libre-Fan (in English): Mozilla Party at the "Village Cévenol" - Aumessas, Cévennes, France
If you'd rather read the French original article, here it is: Mozilla Party cévenole à Aumessas.
Since then, Mozilla fans have celebrated Firefox 1 million downloads, and 2 million downloads!

BTW, I'd get rid of my computer if Mozilla and Linux were no longer around.
More than 2 million downloads!
We did it! SpreadFirefox claims
Firefox fan artist graphicsguru has always some new pictures for celebration. He didn't miss the 2 million download celebration.Nice work, isn't it?

Long Live Firefox!
Firefox 2 was officially launched on 24 October 2006, and people out there were ready to grab a copy!Every second in the first 24 hours 30 downloads of Firefox 2 were made.

Extinct? Not quite, since it's been revived in an independent free project known as SeaMonkey (see below)! - SeaMonkey and Camino
- Mozilla-derived libre software projects. They're independent of the Mozilla Foundation and Corporation, but they have had much help from the Foundation, and of course the source code is open!

Libre-Fan, my Website on Mozilla, Linux and libre software
Ah this Web site is in French -- I still haven't learnt Esperanto yet, and my Latin is terribly rusty, so be it, though so very bad of me!

Though my favourite is Mozilla picturewise Firefox's design is beautiful, even as a crop circle in a field in Oregon. Click on it to have it enlarged. The picture comes from the Oregon Linux User Group.
