Best Sprinkler for a Small Lawn - Build Your Own Custom System

A wide range of lawn sprinklers are available for the homeowner who wants a lush and healthy green lawn. Even if you have a small lawn, you need to have the best sprinkler system for your lawn. Consider a lawn sprinkler system if you are serious about having the lushest, disease resistant lawn in your neighborhood or town. One of the main benefits a lawn sprinkler system is water conservation. You will find that when using a sprinkler system, you water usage will go down from not using the water hose. A lawn sprinkler system allows the homeowner to carefully manage the amount of water used and to ensure that the water is going to the right place instead of just gobs of water going to certain spots of your lawn. Each sprinkler in a lawn sprinkler system is placed to assure the proper water coverage at the right precipitation level.

Lawn sprinkler system is the most efficient and time saving method available to irrigate lawns. A lawn sprinkler system saves you the ordeal of hosing the entire lawn by implementing hassle-free watering of lawns. You can easily install a sprinkler system yourself that will allow you to save time and money on watering your lawn. Lawn sprinkler systems give you an attractive green lawn that you can be proud of, with very little effort. Not only does the lawn sprinkler system save you but it also saves a lot of water. With growing awareness of water conservation, particularly in dry climate areas, excellent irrigation systems can help in maintaining our precious environment by not using much water at all. A well designed and carefully maintained lawn sprinkler system makes lawn maintenance effortless, and with an automatic lawn sprinkler system, you just have to turn the water on and forget the rest. The sprinkler will irrigate your lawn completely without your assistance on a timer similar to the timer on your alarm clock. Lawn sprinkler systems can even be adjusted for the amount of water to be sprinkled depending on the season so as to retain the right level of moisture in the soil. So with a small lawn, you must consider this so that you are not putting too much water on your lawn.

Lawn sprinklers are measured in Gallons Per Minute (GPM) so you need to be careful when making your adjustments. If you have a sprinkler system for a small lawn, you need to adjust your system for that lawn. Today there is a range of lawn sprinklers available, with different features, and there are several types of portable sprinklers, and each type is best suited to certain lawn shapes and landscape configurations. You need the best information that you can find in order to get the right system for you needs.

If you are looking for information on how to design and install your own sprinkler system for a small, medium, or even large lawn, be sure to see how to install your own sprinkler system. You will save 67% of the cost of getting a contractor. Find the best sprinkler system for a small, medium, or large lawn.

    Hi Charles,

it's me again. Thank you for commenting in the SUMMER Group and thus confirming your membership.

If you want to be included into the April Giveaway contest you will still have to nominate your favorite NEW lens in the Summer group. The Guide-to-Gardening contest is not run by me or the SUMMER Group, I just posted a link to it to suppert some of the SUMMER Group lenses - so nominating your favorite lens there does not count for the SUMMER Group contest! You might however want to vote for your own lens in the Guide-to-Gardening contest (http://www.squidoo.com/squidoo-guide-to-gardening)!

Sounds confusing? Just vist the SUMMER Group again and read all about the April Giveaway (it's first module under "Sad Iris").

Whether you make that entry or not, your membership in the SUMMER Group is safe.

    Hi Charles

I urgently need you to make your appearance in the SUMMER Group's Headquarters and leave your mark in form of a comment in the guestbook!

You have until May 15 to do so. If you haven't shown up by then I will remove your lens(es) from the Group.

    Explanation:
SUMMER Group is now entering its third season and has grown rather big: just under 200 lenses and 100 lensmasters. I intend to keep it there, I do not want to grow it any bigger. But I am getting a lot of requests from new lensmasters wanting to join, and in order to give them a chance I have decided to do some major weeding out.
