Garden Sprinkler Installation .

1. Building the manifold
A set of control valves which are attached to the PVC lengths. When the water comes to the manifold, it helps in rerouting the water accordingly.

2. Connecting the tees' to finish the water line pipes.
There are three main locations where you need your tees' attached to and you can connect the pipes to the waterline. One of them is after the water meter basement. Second one is right before the outside hose bib. The last one is right along the supply line before the house pipes. It is essential that you put a shutoff valve for the cleaning and emergency cases. If you want sprinkler system troubleshooting, then the shutoff valve can also serve that purpose.

3. Mounting the drain valves
Mounting the drain valves is important to prevent impure water from entering the whole system causing contaminated water to go through the household pipe.

4. Positioning the valves and pipes in the channels
Position the risers at a 90 degree angle right from the ground.

5. Installing the risers.
After making the final pipe connections, attach the risers at its proper height and then the sprinkler head.

6. Placing the controller.
Run the wires to the control valves and check it out for wiring safety. At last, cover the channels with soaked water and make it more compact.

3. Suppose if you use various types of heads together then you will have to over-water your certain areas to get sufficient water to the entire zone.

Lawn Sprinkler Heads

The lawn sprinkler heads have two basic types, spray and rotor heads. Both have their merits and each type is suitable for different types of lawns. With a spray lawn sprinkler head you can purchase a system that is designed to pop out of the ground at certain times to irrigate the your lawn.

Also, you can choose spray heads that stay above ground on a pipe all the time that is cheaper than other options. This type of sprinkler head can disperse a large volume of water very quickly.

On the other hand, a rotor head sprays less water and has the advantage of dispersing water in a more uniformed pattern. Even though spray heads can water a lawn very quickly, depending on the type of lawn you have it may be more worth it for you to use this type of lawn sprinkler heads.
