    I intend to try this squash casserole recipe this weekend - it is very similar to my usual "throw it together" casserole (which has no recipe but just happens!). I will follow directions on this one! Blessed by a joyful angel!

    I love yellow squash, love squash casserole. My recipe is similar, but I've never thought of trying pecans on top. Sounds like an interesting addition. Great lens. Love the squash pictures!

    This is just great! I've got some 'summer' squash sitting in storage and was wondering what to do with it. I've made every recipe I know of and still have a lot left. Even made 'pumpkin' pie out of it. Really! Tasted good! I keep coming back here for more good ideas. Keep it up. It's working. 5*s

I just found it and I am so E-X-C-I-T-E-D that I've now got the recipe for the upcoming tailgating season AND Thanksgiving.     Delicious lens and I'm happily surprised that I can make this recipe work for my vegetarian family! Usually casseroles have ingredients that I have to find substitutes for, but this is great and I just happen to have a squash or two too!
