What Squawkers McCaw Can Do 

Here are a few of this parrot's features

• Squawkers can record and "repeat" what you are saying in a squawky parrot-like voice. I've had the opportunity to test him out and he's not annoyingly loud.
• He responds to preprogrammed phrases, like "Hello" and "Are you hungry?", with his very own quirky phrases.
• You can also "teach" Squawkers to respond to you by programming your own voice commands! For example, you can program him to respond with "Who's there" every time you say "knock, knock".
• Just like the real Macaw, the Squawkers loves to get down and dance, and will dance anytime he hears music.
• This adorable parrot will also eat his cracker, flap his wings, coo and kiss. Did I also mention that he goes to "sleep" whenever you say goodnight or turn out the lights?!

   Practically a Pet. Hasbro had a surprise hit last Christmas with its $300 Butterscotch, the almost life-sized purring pony. This year's addition to the animatronic Furreal Friends line is a talking parrot that repeats words, moves when you touch it, and dances. No need for paper under the cage though.
