Diary of a Squid Angel (2009)

At any given time, dozens of hard-working Squid Angels are looking for the best of the best on Squidoo. Sometimes you'll know they've blessed your lenses and other times they'll strike without leaving a clue (except for a boost in lens rank). When I was a Squid Angel, I got a secret thrill from doing about half of my blessings anonymously. Some Squid Angels work exclusively behind the scenes. Will they find your favorite lens? You may never know. My Squid Angel Diaries were designed as a tool to keep me on track with my lens blessing duties. Here are the categories I was assigned to during my last term: Home & Garden, News & Politics, and Pop Culture & Celebrities. Each week I put the spotlight on five lenses, usually from those categories. Sometimes I mixed it up a bit and chose a theme, and other times I selected several lenses at random. These lenses represent just a portion of the many lenses I blessed in 2009. It's fun to revisit them here and look back on my Squid Angel experiences.
