Another twisted cartoon by the folks at Toon Network's Adult Swim

Squidbillies tells tales of a family of squids who live in the mountains of northern Georgia. It has everything we love about the stereotypical redneck lifestyle - moonshine, inbreeding, crass humor, and general stupidity.

The main character is Early Cuyler, the patriarch of a small family of squid-kin. Early had spent the last several years in jail and missed much of the childhood of his son, Rusty. Rusty was raised by the younger female squid in the household, Early's sister, Lil. The oldest squid in the household is Granny, who hangs from her walker.

Squidbillies is mind-bendingly weird, which is why I love it!

Russell was born to Krystal, with whom Early had only a brief relationship, which consisted of giving her a walkman.

Squidbillies - What Do You Think?

Is Squidbillies the best show ever? Or is it unwatchable garbage? One way or another, if you've watched an episode of Squidbilies, you probably have some rather strong feelings about it.

Early Cuyler Vinyl Toy

KidRobot produces a number of toys based on Adult Swim Cartoons

The good news is that the folks at Adult Swim have teamed up with the gang at KidRobot and are producing a limited number of vinyl toys based on a variety of Adult Swim cartoons.

The bad news is that you have to buy a 'blind' set, so either you have to buy a set of all 25 characters, or just buy a few and hope you get a Squidbilly or two.

Some more good news is that the folks at Free Bento have bought the toys for you and now you can specifically order an Early Cuyler toy. Sure, it's more expensive this way, but you're also 100% sure to get the right character!
