What in the WORLD is a SQUIDBOOK???

A Squidbook is a new idea in writing and publishing the stories that just jump from your mind to your keyboard!

We first heard about Squidbooks on N376's lens Where can I find the best lenses about SQUIDOO where he links to Jack Lee's lens about them. We are not sure who first came up with the idea of writing a book a chapter at a time on Squidoo, but Jack Lee coined the term "Squidbook" and we really love it!

(BTW: We recommend reading N376's lenses... he has a wealth of information on making lenses and using Squidoo. You can find some of his books in this directory!)

You can read about a Squidbook below... but on to our story.

We realized that there had to be an organized way to access all the Squidbooks that have been and will be created... and we know there will be a lot of them created, because there are sooo many creative squidoo--ees out there. You know who you are!

Thus, the Squidbook Directory was born. The only rules are that you must put your squidbook in the proper category and no adult material can be listed here. Someone else will have to do the Directory of Adult Squidbooks.

This lens is FAMILY SAFE. Thank you so much for keeping it that way!

1. Your Squidbook must be submitted to the proper category. If there is not a suitable category, please let us know.

2. NO ADULT MATERIAL... you will have to either wait for the Adult Squidbook Directory or you can be the one to create it. :)

3. If your Squidbook is not completed yet, please note this in the title. We will attempt to update it for you when you do complete your work.

4. Haven't thought of a number 4 yet! :P
