Brainstorm!
Ideas for you.
- Make a list of the best summer books to read. Add Amazon modules and upload your selections. When people buy your recommended books, the affiliate cut goes right to your charity!
- How about a lens about learning a new skill? Maybe you've always wanted to learn how to do stained glass art - write about it, add modules to sell related things, even add your favorite etsy seller's store to feature! You'll help out your charity, boost your exposure on Squidoo, and maybe help out another etsian as well!
- Make a lens about your pet! Add Amazon books about the breed and a Pet store module to sell YOUR pets favorite treats and toys! BONUS - when the holidays roll around, you'll already have a wish list for your friend and if you order their gifts you'll be donating to charity as well!
- Write a lens about your hometown! There are SO many great stats modules here! Plus, you can help out a local charity if you want.
- Write a review of your top 10 favorite movies! Add them to buy from Amazon or rent from NetFlix.

I started a lens http:/squidoo.com/cakesforsmiles as part of a squidoo activist challenge to virtual bake sale and we encourage everyone to join in the challenge and become a squidoo activist too :) Posted July 18, 2008 |

You've brought up a good point, Rya. This one will be just for 100% charity lenses, but maybe a lens would be nice that listed Etsy shops that gave a portion of their sales to charitable causes as well (that is, donations that come from outside of squidoo). Posted June 13, 2008 |

Rya
I've just changed my shops policies to start giving 5% of all profits to my local no kill shelter--so if you decide to alter your minimum donation amount, you might consider adding my shop :) Posted June 13, 2008 |
