Welcome to Nr1 in a series of How To add Your own Banners, Spacers, Buttons & Intro Logos.




Not everyone can use Photoshop, which is why I have started a series of how to add personal Banners etc.. WITHOUT needing any Pic making skills. Please keep coming back as I will be adding lots of exciting Banners for you to work with :)

Squidoo Banners 

Before we start, you need to copy one of the Banners below :)



I have made these simple Banners for a White background, you can copy them to your PC by right clicking the Mouse and saving to PC.

Here are some simple Banners, many more are below ;)

"Now you have a Blank Banner, it´s time to add text"

Step 1 - 2 Welcome to Gifworks 

So you have copied your Banner to PC :) Cool, now on to Step 1

1. Open this Link in a new window and come back here.

2. Click on Link: "Free Online GIF Tools"




note: You are not required to leave an email address or join anything

Step 3 - 4 uploading your Banner 

3. As shown on the pic below, Go to "drop down menu" File & scroll down to "Open Image".




4. As shown below, Go to "Method 2" and Click on "Browse".



b: Once you have found the image saved on your PC, click on "Upload Image".

Step 5 - 6 adding your text 

Here is the Banner I´ve uploaded to PC: sdb1.gif



5. Go to "Edit" & scroll down to "Insert Text"




A separate window will now open

6. Firstly choose your color by clicking on one of the little color boxes :)
Once you have chosen your Text, Font & size click on the middle of your Banner
note: Where you click is where the text will be placed, Trial & error.


This Screen opens after clicking:



Now simply right click copy on the picture :)
RESULT

Take your time & check out Gifworks, there are so many wonderful things you can do & make.
