Welcome to My Squidoo Tips 10
This Squidoo Tips Lens will show you how to set up your bio and photo on Squidoo for either your default or for your individual lenses. Since Squidoo changed their lenses again, I will have to do new print screens as they look different now.
Default Bio and Photo
This is set up through your "My Profile" tab on your Dashboard
Click on change (over to the right) for both your Default Photo and Default Bio. Your next screen will look like this.
- Click on "Browse" and locate the image on your computer that you want to use as your default photo.
- Once you select your image, click on "Upload"
- Enter your default bio and click on "Save" and your image and new bio will now show on your page
Lens Bio and Lensmaster Photo
If you haven't set your bio and photo up in your Dashboard under "My Profile", you can do it on your first lens.
You can also have a bio and photo different than your default. You only have to enter it or change it on the individual lens itself.
1. Click on "Edit" to open up the Bio
- Enter your bio
- If this will be your default bio, tick the box, but if you want this to be different and unique for this lens only, DO NOT tick this box.
Do the same for your Lensmaster photo. Click on "Edit" to open up your Bio.
- Click on "Browse" and locate the image on your computer that you want to use as your lensmaster photo.
If this image will be your default photo, leave the box ticked, if not, be sure to remove the checkmark. - Once you select your image, click on "Upload Photo"
