Squidoo's Featured Nonprofit Partners
Squidoo has partnered with dozens of incredible charities and nonprofits, who are leading the Org 2.0 revolution to harness the power of the Internet to raise funds for charity.
Squidoo.com currently features several dozen NonProfit organizations including some of the country's most popular causes right. The NonProfit Partners also feature smaller charities that have contacted Squidoo or have been recommended by lensmasters.
Squidoo Lensmasters can choose to donate their royalties from lenses and groups to any of the Squidoo Charities, NonProfit Partners or to the Squidoo Charity Fund.
This lens includes the list of all of the Squidoo Featured Charities from 2008 along with a bit about the Charity, usually their mission statement.

- I think it's great to give royalities to the Squidoo charities - or your own, if you have a particular cause you need to help. Having read through this list, there's so many of the charities I agree with that I'm quite happy to leave my royalities going to the set charities.
I think Squidoo's a great site - interesting lenses, attractive to look at and it does good as well!!

- This is a great overview of the Squidoo charities. I was hoping to find one of at least 4 or 5 charities that I prefer donating too. Unfortunatly none of them are on the list. Anyone know how to go about getting a charity added to the list?
