I blog and build lenses on Squidoo so I know how valuable the information on Squidoo can be. I wanted give an overview of teh valuable lenses that have helped me increase my blog traffic and my income from Squidoo and my blog.

Many people will charge you or give you just a little bit of information on building a better following. These lenses are full of free information that could cost you $100 or more if you bought the books or mp3's that are sold with this same information.
