Has Your Lens Been Blessed by a Squid Angel?

In March 2008, Squidoo HQ announced a new group of Squid Angels. I was editing a bunch of lenses, and upon refreshing a page, the lovely yellow Angel badge popped up on my title bar. That's how I learned of my Squid Angel status. It wasn't hard to find quality lenses worthy of blessings, so I sprinkled Squid Angel dust far and wide. I'm so glad I kept this journal of my Angeling experience, even though it represents just a tiny portion of the fabulous lenses I came across during my first round as a Squidoo Squid Angel.

So, how can your lens receive a Squid Angel blessing? If it's in the Top 100 of any category, you can relax. The Squid Angels are frequently scanning the Top 100 lenses in all categories. Squid Angels are busy volunteer lensmasters. If you want to be seen, just visit their lenses! Unless you keep an eye on your point stream, you won't always know if a Squid Angel has visited your lens. Many of the Angels do their blessings in an anonymous fashion. I almost never announce blessings in guestbooks.
