If you used the method of finding subjects to base your lens on within this bonus to the letter, you do run the risk of using content on your lens which can be found elsewhere on the Internet.
My advice is to use this method in another way. Put your own personal spin on the subject as much as you can. Use your own experiences of life, business, relationships etc. to add unique content where possible.

BTW - not putting keywords in your titletag is really bad advice. He's right that it's not a good idea to keyword STUFF (aka overdoing it), but keywords should be put in titles AND URL's. It's not the only thing you should do, and there's no reason to change a URL once made, but still.

I haven't tried any of the Squidoo focused books by my limited experience with similar products is that, at best you might walk away with 2 or 3 decent tips. The rest conflicts with others or repeats what you've learned elsewhere for free.

I've put up a lens about an ebook "Stop Being a Victim" that deals with that subject. I think it should be a must read for IMer's and want to be IMer's. What do you think?
