The Red Jumpsuit Apparatus (RJA) is a pop punk band formed in 2003 in Middleburg, Florida. Current band members are Ronnie Winter, the lead vocalist; Elias Reidy, guitarist; Joey Westwood, bassist; Duke Kitchens, guitarist; Jon Wilkes, drummer; and the newest member, Matt Carter, guitar. All members perform backup vocals. (Wikipedia, 2007)

The name of the band does not have a particular meaning. It is up to the fan or hater to determine what a "Red Jumpsuit Appartaus" is. Lead singer Ronnie Winter is quoted on the band's official page about the name: "It's 100 percent completely arbitrary."
