A Quick Poll Along With The Comment
This is just for my own reference. I like to know my visitors.
Lets start with the basics.
They are all intertwined together through links in lists and in the whole content.
There are many different benefits to these types of lenses. One basic idea is that they function like their own mini-site. In it each page gives a variety of information on it's sub-topic.
A Quick Question.
Why You Would Want To Make A Series Today!
Here is why you should make a squidoo series.
- A group of pages is much easier to promote then just one lens. It is also a lot more productive
- You get Increased lensrank for all of the lenses from all of the links and the traffic.
- More money in general
- Better ranking in search engines for all of your lenses.
Another Quick Question
Hold Your Horses
You are not done yet (almost though), you still need to know a little bit more on how to make a squidoo lens effectively!
Here's How!
If you want to make the most out of your time and make a squidoo series the right way, read our main article! Kick $$$ with a Squidoo Series Today!
a series VS. A regular lens
are regular lenses better or is the series king?

Kate-Phizackerley says:
Mostly I write in series - Ancient Egypt at present centred around my lens on Ankhesenamun, but probably a few on California as well. However, writing a highly interlinked series does delay things the links can only be edited in once all the lenses are in place and for a big series keeping them maintained as you add lenses is a chore.

A series is definitely better! There are more chances of people at least visiting one of your pages and then linking to the other pages in your series.

Megal says:
A series is far better. They are much easier to promote because if you promote one, you are promoting them all. Also, they are much easier to organize then any ordinary lens.
Series = Far Superior!

A Reg. Lens
Megal says:
Just to get the ball rolling, I have to say that it is much easier to make a simple lens. You don't have to think to hard to make a reg. lens.
It is much easier to start and make a regular lens.
