Squid Soup -- Cooking With The Best Since 2007

A Real SquidSnack: Build a lens and make a tasty snack at the same time . . .

Although recipes are meant to be treasured, they are also meant to be shared.  This recipe is simple, and it took me about 5 minutes to put together and an hour to bake. 

 Preheat Oven to 250 Degrees F.

Beat (1) Egg White and (1) Teaspoon of Cold Water until fluffy. Add (4) Cups Pecans and coat well.

In Large Bowl Mix (1/2) Cup Sugar, (1/2) Teaspoon Kosher Salt (or sea salt), and (2) Teaspoons of Cinnamon. Stir in the nuts until well coated.

Spread in Buttered dish (or buttered cookie sheet) and Bake for 1 hour, stirring approximately every 15 minutes.

NOTE: When I put the nuts in the oven, I started building a lens.  By the time the nuts were done, my lens was done, too.
