    I love Squidville and am planning on moving there! I want to go to the "Beat the Heat Party," spend time at the Zooquarium and visit the lensfish, participate in wine tasting and then enjoy fine dining by the ocean's edge. I love the magic and enchantment of "This town has been blessed!" (LOVE that image!). Congrats on your well deserved Lens of the Day!

    Thanks, it was a fun lens to do just like the other lenses of squid art. All of the graphics are available for use and you can see the terms at the bottom of each lens. I'm glad you enjoyed, and hope that among all of the squidoodle lenses that you can find some graphics you can use. Thanks again.

    I saw that you had linked to me on Facebook, and that prompted me to come back to Squidville and send you a Blessing, since this lens truly does deserve it. I don't think that there is any other lens that comes close to showing the spirit of Squidoo. I love the artwork.

    Just came back for another look, Squidville is amazing. I didn't even see the Pet Peeves cartoon before, just had to snag that for My Pet Peeves lens, and the Squidville Open for my Golf Jokes and Dirty Golf Jokes lenses.

    I can see a lenmaster is like Octomom with her little babies (lenses), watching them grow and become more mature. Squids in jail is like when you get in trouble for spam or somehow get locked into WIP. These are awesome and inspiring!

    I really dont know what to say! I'm not often lost for words, but I have a suggestion. Make these pictures/images without color, turn them into a coloring book and sell them to further your cause. I am completely amazed at what you have achieved here! I am not in the least bit surprised you got LotD or a Purple Star!! Thank you for sharing this with all of us

    I had so much fun reading this lens. I can't seem to choose which amongst the areas is my favorite. What struck me most is the Squidhara, Squidbucks and Squidmuda triangle. Great great lens!

    Thanks, I appreciate it! The town has grown steadily over the months as new images were added. As for the individual scenes, some get knocked out in a few hours, and others have taken days. A lot of it depends on the amount of clip-art files that are edited and used in the image. Glad you like it, thanks again!

    Please tell Mayor Squidley that I thoroughly enjoyed my visit to and tour of Squidville. I especially enjoyed meeting Detective Squojak, as I have worked with his cousin (whom I called Detective Squidoo Squid - AKA: Detective SS. I had hired him to help my search for GiantSquidMovies.
    5 Squidvilles, and 1 Giant Fave-so I can return to see any new development in Squidville.

    Oh Steve this is just awesome! Loved Squal-Mart and Lenses R Us the best! But all are great. Squidizens might need a library for researching material for a lens. I heard tell that Mayor Squidley was working with a company to take the coral beds just south of town and making them into fancy schmancy condos. That could be just a rumor though.
