The blender from heaven., February 4, 2009

Boy does this thing ever whip things together! A bit loud, but it does exactly what you want it to do. No lumps, no left over fruit floating around, no chunks of ice. On and off, no frills, just doing its job. After wasting money on a Cuisinart, this thing is a welcomed addition to my kitchen.

Glassware for Your St Patrick's Day Cocktails
A Host or Hostess Must Always Be Prepared!
I tend to buy fairly plain glassware so that I can use the same glasses on many different occassions. This allows me to widen my collection without such a large outlay. If you can't afford very much in the way of glassware then stick with the basics - a martini glass, an old fashioned glass and a highball.

Irish Blessings
"May you have all the happiness
and luck that life can hold-
And at the end of all your rainbows
may you find a pot of gold."
"May you always have a clean shirt, a clear conscience, and enough coins in your pocket to buy a pint!"
"If you're enough lucky to be Irish...
You're lucky enough!"
"May you live as long as you want, And never want as long as you live."
"May your home always be too small to hold all your friends."
