A BIG hello to al you jobseekeres, recruiters, and human resource pros (and anyone else that found us!).
I'm going to use this page to keep everyone up-to-date on the latest and greatest news here at StaffLeads. We're a new startup, but there's a lot of experience and passion in uor group that's already spreading to our growing list of clients.
Before I get into StaffLeads, and how we work, I'd like to introduce myself, and give you a quick background to help you understand my future writing and standpoints.
JEREMY ESTES (me!)
I started a small engineer staffing company pre-9/11 where most of my time was spent working with in-house recruiters and engineers in the US on work visas. I had a staff of 8 and I have the belief that we were doing web 2.0 recruiting before web 2.0 even existed. Remember Yahoo profiles? (Almost) completely untapped resource for mega-qualified candidates.
After our major contracts (lifeline) withdrew, I turned my sights on the software that we had developed inhouse for managing talent, and began marketing our talent acquisition and management packages to larger firms like Robert Half International.

As the Internet has grown, I have been there to help jobseekers find their place in the workforce, and help recruiting firms and human resource professionals alike lower their cost of finding and employing top talent...
Which brings me to StaffLeads!
Taking the experience of using recruiting methods outside of job boards and resume databases, along with tying together talent management to software (now built for the web), we've developed a system that protects employers from the pitfalls that come with posting their jobs for the whole world to see, and protecting the jobseekers from identity theft issues they face with online job boards and resume databases.
ALL WHILE GENERATING THOUSANDS OF RESUMES EVERY DAY!
