Stairway to Heaven by Led Zeppelin

Breaking News:

Led Zeppelin will soon begin offering select songs on iTunes! Starting Nov. 12th, 2007 'Mothership' will become available on iTunes. This compilation of 12 songs includes Stairway To Heaven, Dazed and Confused, Whole lotta Love, and others personally selected by Robert Plant.

Look for them here first! I will have access to these songs as soon as they become available, so check back often!

Many older classic rock artists still own the digital rights to their music and refuse to release it.

This is consistent with Led Zeppelin's history as they released very few singles, instead preferring to sell whole LPs.

Their justification is that the songs weren't written to stand alone and thus shouldn't be listened to by themselves.

I tend to agree.
