    I used to do qi gong all the time but slacked off. I still do traditional meditation as much as possible. Thanks for the great lens, have bookmarked it.

    Thanks Daniel. We all have our occasional challenges in keeping up our practice. I had dengue recently and have had to restart my practice. If you felt it help you before, you will take it up again in the future.

    I do qigong exercises each morning for more energy and as a self-healing technique for neuropathy. I love qigong and tai chi both as a form of meditation and exercise.

I am always interested in hearing from people's experiences with qigong. I have never talked or chatted with anyone who uses qigong from neuropathy.
