Star Trek Themed Drinks

1 cup of green Gatorade Frost
1 cup Ginger Ale or Club Soda
1 oz Jack Daniels whiskey*

Combine and serve.

*May be omitted for a non-alcoholic version

2 oz Raspberry flavored Vodka
1 oz Blue Curacao

Served on the rocks and topped off with Sprite. Garnish with a mint sprig or leaf.

2 oz Glenfidich scotch
1 oz vanilla liqueur
figs

Muddle ingredients. Strain out fig seeds. Serve in a cocktail glass over ice. Garnish with figs.

8 oz Gin
6 oz Vodka
6 oz Cointreau
6 oz Midori
2 oz Grenadine
sliced watermelon, strawberries and pitted cherries (optional)

In a large carafe mix alcohol and fruit (if using). Let the mixture sit for at least one hour.

Combine ingredients and serve.

8 oz Firewater (100 proof cinnamon schnapps)
6 oz Everclear (the full strength stuff)
6 oz triple sec
6 oz white tequila
3 drops green food coloring

Combine ingredients and serve.

1 bottle of red port or wine
1 inch of fresh ginger, peeled & sliced
a number of fresh chilies (to taste)

Combine and leave for a month. Serve at room temperature.

8 parts Sloe Gin or  red wine
3 parts Strawberry Liqueur
2 parts Sweet Vermouth
2 parts Cranberry Juice
1 part Triple Sec
1 part Gin or Vodka or Rum
Cloves - soaked in vodka for 3-5 days, filtered.
Cinnamon - optional

1 oz Smirnoff Green Apple Twist Vodka (you can use another apple vodka, but the Smirnoff tastes best in this drink)
1 oz Dekuyper Apple Pucker Apple Schnapps
1 oz 99 Apples Apple Schnapps
splash Sweet & Sour Mix

In a shaker cup, combine all ingredients with ice. Shake gently, then strain into a chilled Martini glass. For garnish, you can add apple flavored sugar to the rim of the glass. The sugar can be found at most liquor stores.

4.5 oz vodka
3 oz white rum
3 oz melon liquer
1.5 oz gin
15 oz sweet & sour mix
15 oz Sprite

Mix the alcohol with some ice in a pitcher. Add sweet &sour mix and sprite. Add food-grade dry ice for a smoking effect.

8 oz. of Earl Grey Tea, hot
1 oz. of Grand Marnier liqueur

Serve in a tea cup.

1 oz Grant's Whiskey
2.5 oz pink champagne

Pour into a champagne flute and garnish with a strawberry.

.5 oz Melon Liquer (Midori or whatever cheap melon liquer you can find)
.5 oz Smirnoff Citrus Twist Vodka (you can use a different citrus vodka, but Smirnoff works best)
.5 oz Tripple Sec

Combine all ingredients into a shaker cup with ice, shake, then strain into a shot glass.

1 oz Malibu Coconut Rum (or any Coconut Rum)
1 oz Bacardi Superior (or any cheap, clear, white rum)
1 oz Bacardi 151 (or any cheap 151 proof rum)
1 oz Banana Liquer
1 oz Pineapple Juice
1 oz Cranberry Juice

Mix all the ingredients and pour over ice.

1 Shot Bourbon, 
3 Shots Gin
4 Shots Soda
1 Shot Soda Peppermint Schnapps
1 Shot Johnny Walker Red Label
1 Pinch Cinnamon Powder

Add all of Ingredients in order. 

One-part Romulan Ale (see recipe below)
One part Absinthe.

Mix. Shoot.

1.5 oz Raynal Brandy
1 oz Hendrick's Gin
1 dash vermouth

Shake with ice and pour into a martini glass. Garnish with cucumber.

1 oz Starbucks Coffee Liquer (Kahlua, which was in the original recipie, can also be used)
1 oz Irish Cream (we used Merry's Irish Cream, but Bailey's or Carolyn's or whatever work too)
1 oz Dekuyper Luscious Raspberry Rush
a couple quick squirts of Hershey's Choclolate Syrup
2 oz Half and Half

Shake alcohol and chocolate syrup. Add the half and half and shake gently. Pour into a glass and enjoy. Garnish rim with chocolate sugar and a little lime juice.

1 oz Reyka vodka
1 oz peach ligueur
3 oz orange juice

Serve in a tall glass with ice.

1 oz Irish Cream
1 oz Butterscotch Schnapps
1 oz Goldschlager

Combine all the ingredients into a blender with a couple scoops of vanilla ice cream, blend well, pour into a glass, then top with whiped cream and enjoy

Shake all ingredients with ice and pour into a cocktail glass.

.75 oz Bacardi Superior (or other white rum)
.75 oz Gin
.75 oz Vodka
.75 oz Blue Curaco
1 oz Sprite (or 7up or other Lemon Lime soda)
1 oz Sweet and Sour mix

Mix together and pour over ice.

1.25 oz Gin
1.25 oz Smirnoff Citrus Twist Vodka
1.25 oz Vodka
1.25 oz Blue Curaco
1.25 oz Bacardi Superior (or other white rum)
30 oz Sweet and Sour mix

Mix all ingredients in a bowl with dry ice.

1 Part Vodka
1 Part Tequila
1 Part White Rum
3 Parts Liquid from Prepared Horseraddish Sauce.

You can get the liquid by putting the Horseraddish in cheesecloth and letting it drain (in your fridge) overnight. Or you can put it in cheesecloth and just squeeze if you're inpatient.

Make a batch of the stuff. . .put it in the test tubes. Shake the tube vigorusly (the horseraddish will separate this is fine) and shoot it.

1 1/3 oz Vodka
2/3 oz Lemon Juice
1 Dash Vitamin C

Combine ingredients in an old-fashioned glass, stir well, and serve

1/3 oz Jim Beam
1/3 oz Tequila (Mescal)

3 oz Overproof Rum
1 oz Orange Juice
1 oz Pineapple Juice
1 oz Passion Fruit Nectar
1 Dash Angostura Bitters
1/2 Cup Cracked Ice

Mix Ingredients in Blender or Shaker, pour into Beer Mug half filled with Cracked Ice, add Olive, serve with Straw.

1 oz Midori (or any other melon liquer)
1 oz Blue Curaco
1 oz Captain Morgan's Spice Rum (or your favorite spiced rum)
1 oz Alize Red Passion
about 1 oz Orange Juice
about 1 oz Pineapple Juice

Fill glass with ice. Pour the Midori and Blue Curaco at the same time. Pour both juices at the same time. Pour the Spice Rum and Alize.

1 oz Bacardi 151
1 oz peach schnapps
1 oz Tripple Sec
1 oz Cranberry Juice
1 oz Pineapple Juice

Mix all the ingredients and pour over ice and there it is.Garnish with peach sugar on the rim of the glass.

1 oz Midori(or any other brand of melon liqeur)
1 oz Malibu Rum (or any brand of coconut rum)
1.5 oz pineapple juice
1.5 oz half and half

Pour all ingredients into a glass with ice and stir.

.5 oz Midori (or any other brand of melon liquer)
.5 oz Malibu Rum (or any brand of coconut rum)
splash of pineapple juice
splash of half and half

Put all ingredients into a shaker cup with ice, shake, strain into a shot glass.

1 oz Malibu Rum (or other brand coconut rum)
1 oz Midori (or other brand melon liquer)
1 oz Creme de Banana liqeur
3 oz Pina Colada mix (liquid, not powder)
.5 oz Grenadine

Pour the Malibu rum, Midori, Creme de Banana, and Pina Colada mix into a blender with about a half cup of ice and blend until smooth, not watery (adding more ice if necessary). Pour the Grenadine by itself into the bottom of a tall glass. Finally, slowly and gently pour the frozen mix from the blender into the glass to get that swirreled effect.

8 oz Grant's Whiskey
24 oz grapefruit juice
8 oz Blue Curacao
4 oz peach liqueur
4 oz lemon juice

Mix with ice in a pitcher. Add food grade dry ice for a smoky effect.

1 oz Starbucks Coffee Liqueur or Kahlua
1 oz Godiva Chocolate Liqueur
1 oz Butterscotch Schnapps
about 2 oz Half & Half
.5 oz (about two squirts) Hershey's Chocolate Syrup

In a shaker cup, combine the alcohol and chocolate syrup, then shake vigorously. Last, add the Half & Half and shake gently. Pour over ice into a tall glass.

1 1/2 oz vodka
1 1/2 oz Kahlua® coffee liqueur

Pour over crushed ice.

6-8 oz fresh coffee, regular or decaf
1 shot coffee liquor
1 shot chocolate liquor
1/4 tsp vanilla essence flavour
Optional: 1/8 tsp cinnamon powder and 2 tsp cocoa powder
Optional: float Irish crème (Carolan's or Bailey's) or whipped cream prior to serving

Serve piping hot or well chilled with whip cream float.
Makes one serving.

In a resealable jar mix:

1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa (or hot chocolate mix if you prefer a less intense flavor)
1/2 cup instant coffee (I hate to quote brands, but Nescafe works best)
1/2 tsp. ground allspice
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon

Use three (3) teaspoons for a 10oz mug or two (2) teaspoons for an 8oz mug; mix with either boiling water or for a creamier concoction use steamed milk. Add creamer to taste if using water. Sugar content of powder mix may be adjusted to taste as well.

1.5 oz Malibu Rum (or whichever coconut rum you can find)
2 oz Pina Colada mix (liquid mix, not powder)
.5 oz Blue Curaco
2 oz scoop of ice cream

Put the rum, pina colada mix, and ice cream in a blender with about a half cup of ice and blend until smooth (add more ice if necessary). In an empty glass, pour the .5 oz of blue curaco. Finally, slowly and gently pour the frozen concoction into the glass with the curaco to get that swirreled effect. Top with whipped cream if so desired.

1/2 oz. Rum
1/2 oz. Gin
1/2 oz. Vodka
1/2 oz. Blue Curaco

Fill a tall glass with ice. Pour in alcohol. Fill with Sprite

Makes one 750ml bottle. (Give or take)

2 Cups Blue Curacao
1 Cup Clear Rum, no flavor or spice
1/2 Cup Grain Alcohol (You may substitute Vodka)
1/2 Viso Will - (You can substitute any Cranberry Lemonade, just know the color will be off, since Viso does not color their drinks).

Mix in a sealed bottle. Chill till ice cold. Serve. Die.
You may want to sample as you go as individual tastes differ.

1 part White Rum (Puerto Rican Sugar Rum works best)
1 part Currant flavored Vodka
1/2 part Chambord
1.5 parts Blue Curacao

Chill a Martini glass with ice and soda water. Combine liquids in a shaker over sparse ice and shake vigorously for 60 seconds; dump ice and soda water out of Martini glass and strain contents of shaker into Martini glass. Garnish with 5 blueberries on a stirrer stick.

1 1/2 oz white rum
1 oz Blue Curacao
Sprite (or 7-Up)
6 drops tabasco sauce

Pour rum and Curacao over ice. Fill with Sprite. Add tabasco.

1 fifth Blue Curacao
1 pint 151-proof vodka
6 oz. Amaretto di Saronno
6 oz. sweet vermouth
6 oz. Midori

Combine in a large bowl and serve.

1 fifth Blue Curacao
1 pt. Smirnoff 100 vodka
6 oz. Amaretto di Saronno
6 oz. sweet vermouth
3 oz. Midori or melon liqueur

Combine in a large bowl and serve.

1.5 oz Smirnoff Vanilla Twist Vodka
1 oz Banana Liqueur
.5 oz Godiva Chocolate Liqueur

In a Shaker cup, combine the Vodka and Banana Liqueur with ice. Shake gently, then pour into a chilled Martini glass. Last, gently pour the Godiva Chocolate Liqueur down the side of the glass so it sinks to the bottom, forming a layer. Garnish this with a Maraschino Cherry.

2 oz Hendrick's Gin
2 tsp sugar
5 lime wedges
6-8 fresh mint leaves
3 slices cucumber
soda water

Muddle mint, limes, peeled cucumber and sugar. Add the Hendrick's Gin. Add crushed ice and stir. Wait for 20 seconds. Strain into a tall glass and top with soda water. Garnish with cucumber slice and mint leaf.

1 oz Smirnoff Orange Twist Vodka
1 oz Alize Red Passion
.5 oz Banana Liqueur
1 oz Orange Juice
1 oz Pineapple juice

Fill a tall glass with ice. Pour the vodka and then the mix of orange and pineapple juice. Add the Alize next, so that it sits on top of the juice. Float the Banana Liqueur on the top.

1oz Melon Liquor (Midori)
1oz Sweet and Sour
1 oz apple schnapps
1 oz grenadine
1 oz Blavod Vodka (if you can find it)
crushed ice

Shake Midori, schnapps and Sweet and Sour together with a little crushed ice and then pour into a martini glass. Add grenadine slowly. Float vodka on top. Rim chilled martini glass with green (apple) sugar.

Combine in a mug and serve.

Mix everthing together and pour over ice. Be carefull not to aggitate it too much or the half and half will get frothy.

Cuervo Gold Tequila (or other gold tequila)
Southern Comfort
1 shot glass (preferably double)

Pour the shot glass half-full of gold tequila. SLOWLY pour in Southern Comfort on top until glass is full. Wait until liquids have merged.

2.5 oz Gibson's Finest Canadian Whiskey
.75 oz vermouth
dash Angostura bitters

Serve in a cocktail glass.

1 oz Coconut Rum (Malibu probably works best)
1 oz Peachtree Schnapps
.25 oz Amaretto
2 oz Cranberry Juice
2 oz Pineapple Juice

Mix the Coco Rum, the Peach Schnapps, Cranberry and Pineapple Juices, over ice. Finally, float the Amaretto on the top.

1 part Grenadine
3 parts Tequila
4 Parts Pink Grapefruit Juice

Combine and serve

2 oz Milagro Tequila
1.5 oz Amaretto
1 oz chocolate syrup
1 oz soda water
1 oz half and half
5 cherries

Muddle pitted cherries. Add the rest of the ingredients and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with Hersey's Kisses.

1 oz Sailor Jerry Rum
1 oz Galliano

Serve in a shot glass.

1 part ouzo
1 part rum (151 proof)
