A Great RPG In Star Ocean

Fetching RSS feed... please stand byThe story starts at the end of World War III. Humanity has finally found a way to live in the outer space. We got to try the demo of the game at the Microsoft Kiosk, and found out that the battle system is quite similar to its predecessors. This looks like a promising game.
We were able to explore one of the areas in the game. It appears to be a large cave with twisting walkways. There is a compass and a map at the top right corner of the screen. It will guide you around the puzzling environment. You get to see enemies onscreen. Bump into them and you'll start a battle with them. You are taken into a huge ground, like all the Star Ocean games had always done, and get to control one of the characters in your party. You need to battle it out with the enemies by tapping the A button continuously to attack. The buttons were quite responsive. You can also use special attacks by pressing the left and right triggers. Battles can easily be dealt with by using special attacks and complex swordplay. The visuals look really incredible. Character designs are quite detailed and are attractive. When a battle ends, there will be a slowdown to knock up the smash factor and you can also see the characters performing their killer blows just to show off. There isn't much to say about the interior of the cave, so we just walked out. Outside is the snowy white landscape. There wasn't much to do here though, so we just enjoyed fighting with the enemies.
The fans will definitely be stunned with the drastically improved graphics as compared to the last Star Ocean game released. The battles are fun and exciting to watch. It's also great to play because the game play is rather easy and no player would get alienated with the game play. If you've never played a Star Ocean game before, then now's your chance. If you're wondering when Star Ocean: the Last Hope's for Sale, then it will be on February 19, 2009 in Japan. Just wait till you see Star Ocean: the Last Hope on Sale in you area.
