While I was searching for a home-based business online, I found StarScapes. This company paints your ceiling and walls (if you want) with their special paint. When the lights are off and/or the sun is down, your ceiling melts away and the stars come out. You will feel as if you are sitting outside gazing at the stars. With their special paint, your ceiling looks normal like nothing is on it when the lights are. You can paint over their special paint if you decide in the future that you do not want it. But, why would you want to do that, this is so cool.

You can have your favorite constellations, or customized constellations painted in by the artist. Each 'space portal' is an original and unique masterpiece, because there is not pattern to follow. The only stencils used are for the battling spaceships (an optional design, check out sample picture). You will also get a certificate of authenticity for your StarScapes masterpiece, ensuring you that the work was done by a real StarScapes artist.

People will pay hundreds even thousands of dollars to make their ceilings look like that. That opens the door for StarScapes independent artist program. You can sign up to be a partner with StarScapes and be listed as the representative for your area. The market for this is huge, local hotels, bed-n-breakfast's, private homes, vacations homes, etc... anywhere with a ceiling. They claim you can make good living using the StarScapes Biz program.

You do not have to be interested in the business program to order the introduction package, however, if you are the poster is great for demonstrations. If you go to the website now and sign up for their mailing list, you will be entered into a drawing for two complete StarScapes StarBiz Programs. After a demonstration and the prospective clients hires you, you can have to job completed in about two hours. It could even be completed in as little as thirty minutes. You must do the work with the door closed so your clients do not see how easy this it. You as a StarScapes artist will have to sign a non-disclosure agreement stating that you not reveal their trade secrets. Even clients must sign a form stating that no one is allowed in the room while work is being done, so if you plan on having this done to your ceiling(s) make sure you remove all valuables from the room.

You are given a CD with soft music and 'voice over' to play for clients when the painting is done to explain StarScapes, so you do not have to memorize anything.

If you think that you could not do this because you have not artistic talent, think again. There is no talent required; they say if you can draw a smiley face, you are over qualified. The only downside to this is that you have to buy the special paints from StarScapes. however the estimated cost per room is five dollars worth of paint and you can charge whatever you want, so the potential profits are up to you.
