NVU website builder: free
SEO Elite: $125 (if I purchase through my own clickbank affiliate link)

I bought SiteBuildIt!
Finding my niche
Well , it looks like I can get enough good keywords that fall into the guidelines that SBI suggests. They have the neatest BrainStormIt! tool to help you find and sort through your keywords.
Well, that was pretty easy and kinda fun!
Figuring out if it will be Profitable!
Okay, let's move on to the next step!
Developing my blueprint
Now I've got a whole of reading to do to learn just how to build this site with SiteBuildIt!
Building my Homepage
You don't have to use the building blocks, you can use your own html program to build your pages. If you want, you can even start out using the building blocks and then switch over to your own html after you build a few pages.
They have a neat little tool that will analyze your page to make sure that you have optimized it correctly for the search engines. If not, it will tell you how to fix it.
Okay, on to the next step, my tier two pages!
I've reached the 30 page mark!
If your intersted in looking at my site, here it is:
Mama's Southern Cooking
Continuing to Put Up Content
Okay, I've submitted my site to quite a few directories and posted to a couple of cooking forums. I've signed up with Value Exchange and gotten a couple of inbound links from there. I'm also continuing to build content. I've added a total of 33 recipes and am working on putting up pictures of each of the recipes. This is going to take some time because I am what's known as a "dump cook". I have baking recipes but when I am cooking, I rarely measure anything so I'm having to measure everything out instead of just "eye-balling" it. That way I can write it down for the recipe and then take a picture of it when it's done.
7 weeks!
I've reached my goal of 50 unique visitors a day and about 60 pages so now I'm going to start monetizing my site and see if I really can make money! I plan to add google adsense and a few affiliate links to start as well as an about me page where I will sell SiteBuildIt! It's been 10 weeks!
I'm going to continue to monetize, write articles, build at least 3 to 4 pages of content and submit my site to 5-10 directories per week and we'll see what other exciting things might happen!!!!
Wish me luck!
New Milestone!
Pay Day!
Well, I've gotten my investment back and a little more! It's all profit from here! I think this is going to be a winner!SBI! talks about the snowball effect with your snowball rolling downhill faster and faster. Well, it may be April but all I've got to say is "Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow!"
12 weeks!

You'll have to forgive me.....
Let me update you on my progress. I now have another SBI!site called America's-Best-Places-To-Retire.com and am working on building a third website that I will reveal in the next month.
To be honest, I've not put forth the effort that I should have mainly because my daughter got married a couple of weeks ago and a lot goes into planning a wedding so my websites were neglected.
Under the circumstances though, I couldn't be more pleased with SBI! I don't make a whole lot of money through Affiliate Sales but I am very pleased with the money I make with Google Adsense considering the amount of time I have had to spend working on my websites. I get a check from them EVERY month for between $250 and $300. I have been getting checks from Infolinks every couple of months for a little over $100.
Now that the wedding is over, I'll be getting back to building my websites and hope to see my profits grow even faster. I'll keep you posted on my progress.
Do you think SiteBuildIt! will work?

An excellent lens on how to make money for individuals starting out online I suppose. Personally I recommend people start as early as possible developing their skills. It's a pretty large learning curve to be honest, for those individuals keen on going through it though I suggest they check out my page at: Make Money Online, I hope you find the information useful.
