    this is really a great lens and it's really true that you need to be in control of your self if you wanted to let your panic attack go. first and foremost you needed to calm down relax and chill don't let your panic attack control you. The best way to control your panic attack is by means of eft or emotional freedom technique. It really let's you tapped out your panic attack and it also lets you in control of your self when you self applied on what you've learned in eft training.
