"How You Can Make Sure Your Daycare Will Be A Success! - Must Know Tips | How to Get Grants To Start Your DayCare"

Hi, I'm Lucy, welcome to my day care lens

A lot of women around the country are becoming independent business women, make a great income and have more time to themselves and their kids by starting a Day Care Center.

In this lens I will give tips and info on how to start a profitable day care, make it work, watch it grow and to make money with it.

I will also review 2 excellent start-up guides which can help you save a lot of money and time when you start your daycare (no matter which state and city you live in) and to create the perfect foundation of a profitable business:

1. www.StartingaDayCareCenter.com
2.www.StartingADayCare.com

I will also review the option of getting government grant money to start your daycare

If you're a woman who wants to be independent, have more time, make great money and do something fulfilling and enjoyable, read the rest of this webpage.

Good luck with your daycare business.

Why you should start a daycare

This is the business opportunity of a Lifetime

Why should you start a day care?
Here are some reasons:
  1. Become your own boss

  2. Make a great income. Even small daycares can make 50,000$ a year if done right

  3. Work from home

  4. Spend more time with your kids

  5. Have more time for yourself

  6. Work with children which is an amazing and fulfilling experience

As you can see, starting a day care is a great personal and business opportunity for you. To know how to make the most of it see what you need to know below.

Things you should know when you start a profitable Day Care Center

Where to find the information you need to be successful

When you start a new business, you need to know a lot of things in order to make it work. A Day Care Center is no different. Here is a partial list of things you need to know about:
  • How to get the necessary permits

  • What to charge from your customers

  • How to keep tabs of money coming in and going out

  • Setting up a fun schedule for the kids

  • Advertising your day care and getting more business

And much much more.

You can get this information in two ways:

  1. You can either do the research for yourself, spending hours online, going by yourself to government offices to find out what you need, and spend hours on the phone to officials asking questions again and again

  2. Buy an expert step-by-step guide on how to start a profitable Day Care Center which has all the information you need.

  3. You can read about two great guides at these websites:

    1. www.StartingaDayCareCenter.com

    2. www.StartingADayCare.com

You only need one of these guides. They save you so much time and money that they're well worth having.

I read both of the guides, but I think that you should just get one. Have a look at the two of them and decide which looks better.

Personally, I like the www.StartingaDayCareCenter.com program better because it has excellent customer service. You just email them with any questions and they usually answer within 1 day!

Pick one of them and take the first step to financial independence.

How much money can you make with your daycare center

I know this is the question you most want to know. Basically, there's no limit. Some women make
3,000$ a month, others make 50,000$ a year, even with small daycares. If you do things right and build your daycare business, you can make even more.

It's all up to you. If you learn how to do things as they should be done and are prepared to put in some work, the sky is the limit.

How Much Money Do You Need To Start A Day Care Center

Many women ask me how much money do you need to start a day care.
The bad news is that you do need to invest some money.
The good news is that you don't need a lot of money. In fact, this is one of the cheapest businesses to open.
What is going to cost you money:

  • Business permits - In some states the permits cost a little money, usually a few tens of dollars a year

  • Kids accessories - Toys, sleeping mats, children books will cost you some money, but you can buy simple and fun toys and books, so it will be very far from a fortune

  • Insurance - Business insurance will cost you a small premium each month

  • Advertising - Advertising your daycare will cost you a little in brochures and pamphlets, but this is a small investment

Overall, since most women start their day care at their home, it doesn't cost you much to start a day care center and make it successful. Don't let the small initial investment stop you from starting your daycare business.

Why do you need a get started program

Why is it worth it

Think of it this way. These programs on how to start a day care can save you a month of research and running around. In a month you can make 3,000$ or more from your daycare. Why wait?

They also prevent you from making a mistake when you start your day care which can cost you a lot of money later on. This is a great opportunity for you. But you need someone to help you take the first step in the right direction.

Every business needs some start-up investment. You can start a small daycare with a very small investment which you can earn back a 100 times over in a year.

You will have to buy toys, and children books and crayons and stuff. You need to be sure you know what you're doing. You will also have questions.
Once you choose between www.StartingADayCare.com and www.StartingaDayCareCenter.com you can email them with questions and get an expert advice.

In the business world people pay 100s of dollars an hour for expert business couselling. You'll be getting your counsel for practically nothing.

Keep reading this webpage for some great tips on starting and running a successful daycare

Which Toys You Shouldn't Buy For Your Day Care Center

Here are the types of toys you shouldn't buy for your Day Care Center:

  1. Flammable toys. Don't buy anything that can catch fire

  2. No small toys. Small children put stuff in their mouth. They can choke on small toys. Don't buy them

  3. Buy toys which are fit for the ages of the children in your Day Care Center

  4. Buy toys with soft surfaces. Children get into fights. They often hit each other with their toys. A soft surface toy won't hurt as much

Here are some great places to get toys for your daycare:

  1. RedWagons.com - Online Toys. Free Gift with Purchase!

  2. KazooToys.Com

Starting A DayCare With Grant Money

A lot of your readers are interested in using Grant Money to open your daycare and for good reason because what's better than to use some of the governments money to get back some money for yourself, right?

A lot of people think that the only help they can get from the government is in the form of government loans, but this isn't true. You can get grants which you Don't need to repay in order to start your business.

Getting grants to start a business is entirely possible, the problem is that it's hard to find the right grant for you with all the bureaucracy and red tape involved. Another problem is that, like you, there are a lot of people hungry for grant cash, so you need to be able to stand out out of the crowd of applicants. Remember, grants can be in the thousands of dollars, so this is important.

If you don't know how to go about finding suitable grants and applying to them check out this resource:

Uncle Sam's Money Grant Resource

This 3 resources can give you the inside peek into the world of grants and how to apply to them. If you're strung out for cash and want to have the government chip in the cost of your DayCare or even cover the entire expense, then this resource will sure come in handy.

Daycare Management Software

Another resource that can help you better run your daycare is a daycare management software. This software can help you run your billing, schedule and data efficiently. Most daycare softwares cost hundreds of dollars. I recommend a much more affordable software called
Daycare Manager Pro.
This software is perfect for new and small daycares.
To read more about it, click here: Daycare Manager Pro

Personal message from me to you

I wrote this webpage because I want you to succeed with your day care business.

This is such a wonderful business that I know you will enjoy building.

Don't wait. Pick one of the get started guides I reviewed and start your day care center!

Come back and visit this webpage often because I'll be writing more valuable tips on starting and running your day care.
Bye,
Lucy

in reply to melissa You need to go where the parents are:

near supermarkets, near schools, at gyms, hair salons, and so on. Try to make partnerships with other small businesses in your vicinity. They'll promote you and you'll do the same for them.

You can also advertise online.

in reply to helise Hi, I'm glad to have helped. Your idea seems like a good one. I don't think that it's your responsibility to immunize anyone. You may, however, need some staff to make a daycare center such as the one you're talking about.

I want to thank you for the helpful information that you have provided. I am opening my own daycare and I now have lots of useful information from you. I am considering offering "drop in" childcare. How do I go about doing that? Do I need to have immunizations for them or does that not apply because they are not in my care on a regular basis? I think that this option would help many parents when they need a last minute sitter or when an emergency happens.

Hello I have 2 questions you may or may not know the answer to the first question. Can you get grants if you already got student loans? The other question do you think a 2nd shift daycare would make around the same amount of money and a 1st shift?

You will need to hire help. Make sure to not do it at the last minute to give the parents time to get acquainted. I see no other way to do this.

Hi,
I think it's a wonderful idea to open a daycare together. As to the degrees which are required, this varies from one state to another and also depends on the number of children you plan to have. However, to start in many cases you don't need a degree at all.

in reply to Luckylucy I was looking over this page, i am currently in college for Criminal Justice. On the side of college im currently working at a play place for children and i have volunteered at a daycae before. I have always loved to be around children. My 2 friends and I are really looking into possibly starting our our daycare/playplace.. basically like a daycare that people have not seen before. We just are not sure what kind of degree or certification we will need. would you please tell me what degrees each of us would need to run a successful daycare/playplace?

Hi,
I can't really state a specific amount since this varies greatly on location and how many kids you want to have in your daycare. Save as much as you can but don't dawdle. Try opening your daycare as soon as you can in order to build your business the right way.

I would like to open my own daycare. Not just one out of my house but an actual business. How much money would you suggest to have before actually opening it?? I would rather not take out loans. I'll look into grants and save money to open it. I was thinking of opeing it in about 3 years because that's when I'll have my degree. Thank you in advance for the advice.

in reply to Kacy Hi,
It depends on where you live as each state has its own regulations, but often, if the number of children is small, you can do it without a degree
