The Star Wars Lego Universe
It only made sense to combine the two worlds of Star Wars and Lego! This page pays tribute to the vast world of Star Wars Lego: the buildable playsets, and the video game series. Or, just watch some Lego Star Wars stop motion movies. (Happy 50th Birthday, Lego! 1/28/08)

About Lego's Star Wars Buildable Sets
Beginning in 1999, the first series of the original trilogy Star Wars Lego sets included the Landspeeder with premiere Obi-Wan and Luke Lego men, the X-Wing Fighter, Y-Wing, Tie Fighter and Tie Advanced with Darth Vader figure. As for the Episode I series, sets such as the Darth Maul and Qui-Gon saber battle scene, Naboo Swamp, Anakin's Podracer, Naboo Fighter, Sith Infiltrator and Gungan Sub also premiered that same year.
2000-2003 brought about a multitude of new Star Wars original trilogy sets, including the Droid Escape pod, Millennium Falcon, Tie Bomber, numerous Jabba playsets and figures, Imperial AT-ST, an Ewok multi pack, and the Imperial Shuttle - to name a few. 2002 featured a numerous amount of Episode II playsets, such as Bounty Hunter Pursuit set, Republic Gunship, Jedi Starfighter, and the famous battle scene between Yoda and Dooku. 2004 saw a completion to the Empire Strikes Back set, with the Rebel Snowspeeder, a new Millennium Falcon, the Dagobah series X-Wing, and the Cloud City set.
2005 and 2006 touted the Episode III series sets, including the Darth Vader Transformation scene set, Anakin and Obi-Wan saber duel set, V-Wing Fighter, Wookiee Attack set, ARC-170 Starfighter, and the General Grievous Chase scene set. Notably, it also included Boba Fett's Slave I vehicle. 2007 followed up with Episode III, and included Battle Pack sets for Clone Troopers and Battle Droids, General Grievous' Starfighter, and the Jedi Starfighter.

- Whew, exhaustive list! I got back into Lego a year or so ago as I was looking at gifts for a nephew and among the first sets was Star Wars. I recently bought the Imperial Star Destroyer #6211 and it took me back to when I was a kid. Much thanks to Lego and much thanks to you for such a great page. Er, lense. Sorry, I'm new here. ;)
