I am 38 years old and can clearly remember the first time I saw Star Wars. I was hooked at the age of 7. Luke Skywalker and Han Solo were my favorite people. Pretty geeky for a girl in the 1970's but I didn't care. The Empire Strikes Back was even better. I saw it about 50 times. I even owned Star Wars the record album where you could listen to the entire movie. Why anyone would want to do that is beyond me but at 10 years old I thought it was pretty cool.
