If something arrived that is either broken or damaged, you may return it for exchange or full refund. If you ordered the wrong size ring, or just want to exchange it for a different size, you may return it for an even exchange.

- StaxxOnline orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service or UPS, depending on what you items you select. The shipping method and expected delivery date will be indicated on your confirmation email upon charging your purchase. Our basic shipping cost is $3.95 with an additional $4.00 per kit ordered. USPS delivers to most locations within 2 to 7 days within the United States. UPS quotes a 2 to 5 day time period to most locations within the United States. However, we cannot guarantee that you will receive your order within these time periods. If you need to get your order sooner, you have the option of selecting 2-day for a base cost of $22.00 with an additional $4.00 per kit ordered. Orders placed before 2:00 p.m. Central Standard Time will typically be shipped the same day. If any of the items ordered are not in stock, you will be notified via email.
