We human wants to achieve everything in this life and to do so we many a time accept to much burden and then with that stress is a default partner this is one of reason why even at early age we look like an old person.
So first thing to understand is what you are capable of and take only that much loads of which you are capable of. Enjoy it but don't feel burdened or stressed of.
We eat junks and some time skips our meals. Well, that's just not right as our body need nutrition and essential right food. What we eat is how we wish our skin to look and how fit we are.
To have healthier body and skin we must either go for jog or brisk walk early in the morning. Meditate every morning or take a class of yoga as this is the best way to look ageless.
You must have some fresh fruit juices, eat lots of salads and must drink lot of water. Eat healthy food.
You should have burning desire to stay ageless and strong, only than you can stay in discipline and regularly keep yourself in touch of nature and positively keep yourself motivated.
If you have healthy body, fresh mind and you look younger than your age, you are building your confidence in you and your body. So keep up with the positive attitude and stay well.
