1. No work expenses- stay home moms have very little work expenses. No special attire, no lunches out, lower gas cost, less wear and tear on vehicles and no daycare expenses.
2. Cut out any expenses that you can do yourself now that you have more time. No car washes- wash the car yourself. No housekeeper- you and the kids can clean. No lawn care- get exercise and mow it yourself. Less eating out- you can prepare great home cooked meals now that you are home!
3. Pay down debt. Get rid of your debts by selling on eBay or babysitting. Work on the budget to eliminate extra money spent.
4. Start couponing! While the kids are napping, clip some coupons and check for deals online. Plan your shopping around sales and save big.
