St. Buryan Play Ground
Go 'under ground' in the earth house, or set sail on the seven seas on our boat, or even perform in the amphitheatre.
The Play Ground has something for every child, whatever the age, of the interest!
Sited in St Buryan, between Penzance and Land's End - quiet days in Cornwall need never be dull or expensive again.
What is more all our attractions have been built in eco-friendly ways. The Wood is real oak thinnings, and the cave a real earth ship....
So it fun as well as green!

the Earth House
Go to ground in our Earth house. The earth house or ship is 8M diameter, roofed with turf. The Gate is four feet high, while the roof is over six foot tall.A work of art in itself, as well as a great place to play or hang out.
The House has two entrances, each of which have coloured glass bottles over the roof, creating a light show as the sun rises and sets.

Building the Boat

The boat is a climbing frame, built from welsh oak. It has a rope ladder, taking onto the poop deck, as well as things to swing from, and place to hide.
A great place to start an adventure from.
