old number five the steam whistle party heater
and what this lens has to do with Steamboy is at this point somewhat random. This party heater does have a Steam whistle, so I guess that is what inspired me.
I had only just found out about the movie a couple of weeks before I made the lens.
I've now watched the movie more times than is probably normal. Still I don't see any reason to change the randomness of this page.

Sold Old #5 at the flea in early 2011, during a cold snap and somebody wanted to use it as a shop heater. There were originally going to only buy the heater, I was going to take off the big iron wheels and keep them for another project. But...
When they came to pick up the heater, they brought extra cash and said it was such a neat piece it would be a crime to tear it apart, so they brought me enought dead presidents to make me happy about not being able to keep the wheels. Bonus !!
