"My son got this kitchen from Santa Claus -- and it is by far his favorite toy this Christmas. He has cooked all of us several pots of matchbox car stew and thomas the train soup... everything works and sounds real... My husband helped Santa with putting this together and while it was time consuming it wasn't difficult at all. Even late on Christmas Eve there was no swearing or complaining -- so I know it wasn't a big deal. Also, this isn't as huge as I thought it would be. It is a perfect size -- big enough for two kids but small enough that it doesn't take over the house. I would definitely recommend this toy... especially if you like matchbox car stew cooked in the microwave."

"Just bought this for my daughter's second birthday and can't express how happy I was with it. It was very easy to put together with very simple directions. It came with the pots, pans, plates so don't bother buying the pack of those...the kitchen is very sturdy and I can see that it will last a long time. It is so exciting to see a 2 year old pretend to make food and try to eat it! I recommend this kitchen for everyone!"

"This kitchen is an excellent choice for older kids ages 4 to 6. It is comprehensive with every appliance you will find in today's kitchens. All appliances have controls that beep or make noise, making it realistic. It also contains an over the sink light and cordless phone. I highly recommend this item."

Which Step2 Kitchen Should You Choose?
Deciding which Step2 Kitchen to get your kids will depend on your budget and the ages and number of kids. Some of the Step2 kitchens are single-sided, so realistically this are for one or two children but some are double-sided, so kids can play all around the unit. The Grand Walk-in Kitchen can be accessed from several sides as well as inside, so three or more children can play at once. Of course, they just might want to invite the whole street in to help!
