4 Steps of Positive Thinking
The problem with people that believe in positive thinking is that they dont know how to apply it and therefore they live in a constant life of battle, stress and anger.
There are different way to enter a positive state of mind, like reading quotes, hearing positive thinking cds, hear motivational speakers like Tony Robbins, repeat affirmations and many others. However, im going to tell you my 4 steps of Positive Thinking.
Step 1- Write down everything that you love in your life, everything that you like and cant live without, people, things, events, good moments, pleasure, etc.
Step 2- Give Thanks. Its important to give thanks for everything we already have, this way you will see how blessed you have been in your life and giving thanks will trigger you mind to think positive and attract more.
Step 3- Write down you goals, what do you want to achieve?, in how much time?, what drives you every day?, What skills and changes do you want to have?
Step 4- Visualize how it feels to achieve everyone of your goals. Do you remember the good moments that you wrote down in Step 1? Now feel the good moments of achieving your goals as if it had already happened.
Those are some of the most important steps anyone can take to think positive, life is abundant and its not worth to think negative, when you can have whatever your mind can conceive.
Life is never easy, but if you have a positive mind there is nothing that can stop your from achieving your wildest dreams. Think about it, some of the most amazing inventions of the world, took years of trial and error until they become reality.
The most amazing secret i have ever heard is that "you are your thoughts, the more you think about is what you become", its a matter of choice, you can think positive or negative, why not think positive and become a great achiever.
You forget to read some positive thinking quotes to be motivated every day.
