Learn to lose weight
Tip #1-Control your diet and begin to exercise.
Okay, okay, I know that we all have heard this a million times before, but the problem is this is very important for weight loss and you just won't lose weight without diet modifications and an exercise program.Sorry, but it is true. Weight loss takes effort, and that is all there is to it. If someone tells you that you can lose weight effortlessly then they are just trying to take your money and aren't really concerned about your well-being.
Tip #2-Find a support group.
You'll get new recipes and tricks to help you through. You don't have to do this alone when there are others there to help you out.
Tip#3-Read The Labels
If something has a single digit fat content number and a couple of grams of fibre, it is a winner.
I have often grabbed for an indulgent snack, taken a look at the label and decided that it wasn't worth it!

Tip#4-Tell your family and friends.
I know this is going to be hard to believe, but people already know that you should lose a few pounds. So why not just tell them that you are trying to lose weight and have begun a weight loss regime.Chances are they will be more than happy to help you out and be support This will also stop people from unknowingly sabotaging your new eating habits.
Tip#5-Set Realistic Goals.
You can't go through life eating nothing but cabbage soup , but if you did only eat cabbage soup that lofty goal of 15 pounds a week may actually be attainable but only if you add five hours of exercise daily.Set goals that are realistic, don't expect miracles overnight. Slow and steady is what will provide success. Set small goals that will lead into larger goals and eventually you will see great success.
