This Stinky Focaccia Bread Recipe Has Become a Family Favorite, Despite the Name.
I put a lot of love into this lens because every time I make this Focaccia bread recipe I am reminded of my daughters little face with her nose scrunched up. I stumbled upon this recipe when my oldest daughter was very small and it has become a family favorite, despite the name, Stinky Bread. This recipe was renamed during the baking of our very first loaf. The aroma of garlic and olive oil was quite powerful and Casey, (she was 3 at the time), came stomping into the kitchen and proclaimed that I was making "Stinky Bread". Admittedly, she was right. When you think of homemade bread the first thing that comes to mind is the tempting sweet smell that pours from the oven and you can hardly wait get your first taste. Needless to say, she was not impressed with my new recipe...until she tasted it!

This recipe is very simple to make, honestly.
I have tweaked the recipe to my own tastes over the years and I hope "Stinky Bread will become a favorite in your family too.

- Ah, I love garlic and you've got plenty of cool garlic pics -- fit for another lens! I have made focaccia bread before -- but usually use a boxed mix! I've bought it too in the store -- it has such a wonderful texture and taste!
