Stock Trading Plan

If you trade stocks, forex, futures or any financial market and you are not using a trading plan then you are gambling with your money. Stock trading plans is fundamental and essential for any trader trading any market. You have heard the saying "If you fail to plan, you are planning to fail!" . This is so true when it comes to trading and I should know. I have lost money trading recklessly like a cowboy  with no plan. This is the path to failure so BEFORE you even begin about thinking about putting a trade on make sure you develop a trading plan to follow. One of the essential elements of a trading plan is money management.
 
Money Management is a simple set of rules that tell you when to enter, how much to risk and when to exit a trade. Without these rules you are TRADING BLIND!
