What is Brain Fog?

"Where are my keys?" Chances are, if you're an adult, you've not only heard this question close to 100 times but you've had your fair share of asking the question yourself. Normally, this is not considered "Brain fog".

Brain fog is normally a "symptom" or side effect that something else is going on in your body. The phrase Brain Fog was has been used to describe the condition where you we just don't think, focus or remember as clearly or sharply as before. Brain fog is not Alzheimer's disease. And even better news is that once the reason for the brain fog goes away or improves, brain fog normally ceases it's progression and can go away completely.

So next time you lose your car keys and say you have "Brain fog" rejoice in the knowledge that you don't actually have it. Then go find your keys and vow to put them in the same place every time from now on.

Brain Fog Is Progressive And Preventable

Brain fog can be serious because it is progressive. It can start out small enough to where you don't recognize it, in other words you could lose your train of thought often in conversation. Then it can progress to getting lost while driving to the same place you drive everyday. Or, forget your own phone number. Real brain fog is that you are unsure if you can rely upon yourself anymore.

As we said before, brain fog is progressive and it is easy to prevent. That kind of makes living with it inexcusable doesn't it?

Brain Fog Can Be A Symptom Of:

Symptoms of brain fog usually appear in your 40's or 50's and may appear as early as the 30's. It is important to determine the root cause and begin treatment as early as possible for the best results in reversing the condition.
  • Candida or Candidiasis: An overgrowth of yeast can cause many symptoms such as anxiety, depression, mood swings, lack of concentration, headaches, drowsiness, and fatigue.
  • Heavy metal toxicity: The most common of these heavy metals that we would be exposed to would be aluminum, arsenic, cadmium, lead, and mercury. Metals accumulate in the body and brain tissue and are very hard to eliminate.
  • Uncontrolled blood sugar levels can cause significant symptoms such as brain fog, anxiety and fatigue
  • Menopause - Good old menopause can give us brain fog due to the fluctuating hormone levels.
  • Nutritional deficiencies: Our brain needs nutrients for optimal brain function. Deficiencies of B-12, magnesium, and amino acids can cause significant brain impairment such as lack of concentration, short-term memory loss, lack of focus and ADD.

Brain Fog Is Not A Symptom Of Aging

Most of us could eat a healthier diet. Avoid sugar, white flour and overly processed food. Eat protein at every meal. Finally, and maybe most importantly, take nutritional supplements. Our food today, even organically grown fruits and vegetables, do not contain all the nutrients necessary for optimal health.

Brain fog is not a natural consequence of aging. You can eliminate brain fog by being aggressive in determining the cause and diligent to eliminate the root cause. Try Feed My Brain Risk Free!

Are You Smarter Than A 5th Grader?

Feed My Brain is combines vitamins, minerals and whole food concentrates that were scientifically balanced and formulated to work with your brain naturally. This impressive formula combines the same "learning nutrients" that have been clinically tested in studies to enhance academic performance and innate intelligence in children, with additional ingredients that help support brain function in adults.

Our brain doesn't regenerate and repair the same way as skin cells do. With our everyday exposures to lead, mercury, cadmium, chronic stress, combined with less than optimal dietary practices, it's a challenge for our brain to get everything it needs to perform optimally. We begin losing brain neurons in early adulthood as the aging process begins to accelerate. In addition, the brain faces increasing pressure to perform as well as it did when we were younger.

Feed My Brain might just help you get back the mental clarity and focus that you had when you were 10 years younger. Try Feed My Brain Risk Free!
