Stop Dog Shedding From Ruining Your Furniture

We recently got a nice big sectional. Scrappy ~ the Sheppard/Husky ~ loves it. He's so excited there's actually room for him on the sofa! Along with the him we have the cats and the toddler, this new sofa is full.

With all the animals finding room on the sofa we've had a ton dog shedding fur on the couch. I had been using loops of tape to get it off, which of course took forever, and didn't really work.

One day I was watching The View! and Whoopi had a segment of her "must have" stuff. She had these things called Sticky Sheets on this segment. They are huge (2 foot by 3 foot) sticky sheets. You just Stick IT, Rip it and you're done.

She pulled out this gold recliner all covered in cat hair. She layed the sticky sheet on it and pulled it back up and all the fur on the chair came right off.

Joy was amazed! She called it a miracle, lol. She then grabbed the sheet from Whoopi and started doing it herself. She's hilarious!

I was really impressed by how these sheets handled dog shedding that I decided to grab them and try them myself.

My husband is always giving me fits about how much our dog shedding leaves fur all over the house. I tell him the dog is a husky/sheperd he can't really help how much he sheds!!

We used to bicker ~ in a friendly way ~ about how to manage our dog shedding problem. Now we just pull out a sticky sheet and clean up the mess.

If you could only use sticky sheets on the dog itself ~ that would be awesome. But don't try that at home that would hurt the dog a LOT.

If you have a dog who sheds a lot and short of getting rid of the dog, you can't find a solution to the problem you should really try sticky sheets. They have helped us a ton!!
