My story..

To be honest, I never really had that much of a sweating problem, or atleast I think. I would easily sweat in the underarm area even when it was cold.

It didn't inconvenience me as much as it would probably inconvenience others. I have no self-esteem problems. I don't care what people think of me, I just found my excessive underarm sweating to be really annoying, that's all. I hated the feeling of sweat dripping down the side of my body from my underarms. It just felt really gross.

I actually found out about Mike Ramsey's Ebook through a simple google search. His website lured me in and I bought within a few minutes of reading.

It was my first time ever buying an eBook, so I didn't know what to expect, but I was happy that I was able to read it straight after I bought it, as I was taken to the download page immediately after payment.

Ok, so the service was great, what about the eBook? It took me a few days to read over the content. I had previously looked up "natural treatments" on hypherhidrosis on Google, and I can definitely say that the content and techniques outlined in the eBook are original, so that was a good first impression of the eBook I guess.

Week 1: May 25, 2008 - June 2, 2008

After reading, I took another week or so to put the methods into action. I saw improvement with my sweating after about a week of putting the method into action. I found that I stopped sweating in "normal" weather, so that was definitely a great start.

Week 2 - June 2, 2008 - June 9, 2008

Fast forward 2 weeks later and my progress is doing much better. It just feels like I sweat "normally" now - Of course, who doesn't sweat, right? It's not like the eBook will get rid of my sweating COMPLETELY, lol. But yeah, I guess I'm just trying to say that I don't sweat excessively anymore.

Week 3 - June 10, 2008 - June 17, 2008

Things are still the same. I can do majority of things without breaking a sweat or feeling any heat on my face.

Week 4 - June 18, 2008 - June 25, 2008

Is there anything I can really say anymore? The only thing that really makes me sweat right now is spicy food. Other than that, I can go by doing anything without breaking a sweat. When I say anything, I don't mean EVERYTHING I do, lol. Of course if I ran 100m I would atleast sweat a little. I'm referring to just the things I do everyday (at home, at work, etc.)

Week 5 - June 26, 2008 - July 3, 2008

I'm happy with where I'm at right now, so I'm going to stop this journal. I've accomplished what I've wanted to accomplish, and I feel there is nothing else that I need to write about. I'm no longer an "excessive sweater" and just feel like a normal person right now.

If there are any complications in future, I will be sure to right back, but for now, I will continue to enjoy my new life, I guess. :)
