Are You Always Tired And Don't Know What To Do? Discover How To Sleep Less Hours, Boost Your Energy Levels, And Never Feel Tired | End Tiredness Program Review

If you've ever asked yoursef the question: Why am I so tired all of the time? You're not alone. I used to be tired all the time too until I found the   End Tiredness Program (also known as the Stop Being Tired Program).

Around 25% of the American poulation have seen a doctor due to chronic  fatigue. Almost all of us feel tired each day. If you think that you're tired because you sleep too little, you're wrong. There are people who sleep 4.5 hours each night, are never tired and are always full of energy. Why? Because their sleep is of high quality and their way of life allows them to sleep very little and still feel great.

The truth is that if you're tired all of the time you're probably doing something wrong. I was the same way. I used to sleep a lot and still be tired. I then started doing research into the matter, because no way was I taking any pills, and eventually stumbled upon the Stop Being Tired Program which taught me the 3 major mistakes I was making which were making me tired. Reading the program helped me cut down the number of hours I sleep and still feel great.

Read on to see how you too can sleep less and not feel tired.

End Tiredness Program Review - Why Am I So Tired?

A Common Question Answered

Tiredness has become a modern plague with 25% of the population suffering from tiredness to some degree.

While many resort to drinking coffee, energy pills, energy drinks and other stimulants, part of the problem may originate from bad sleeping habits.

It may surprise you, but sometimes it is better to sleep less than more. Often you will wake up feeling more refreshed after 6 hours of sleep than after 7 hours.

How can that be? It's all because of the elusive sleeping cycle.

The sleeping cycle is a period of approximately 90 minutes which repeats itself 4 to 6 times during the night when we sleep. The sleep cycle is made up of 80 minutes of NREM sleep (no rapid eye movement) and 10 minutes of REM sleep (rapid eye movement). The REM stage, which is the most important part of cycle, can be identified by the rapid movement of the sleeper's eyes, signifying a deep dream.

If the sleeper is disturbed in the middle of the cycle, he or she will wake up feeling disoriented and groggy. Because 4 cycles make up 6 hours of sleep it is more refreshing to sleep 6 hours than 7 hours, which is in the middle of the 5th cycle.

I can imagine some of you raising your eyebrows in skepticism, but try it, and you'll be pleasantly surprised.

Set your alarm clock to the number of cycles you can fit in and add 7 minutes just before you close your eyes. Why 7 minutes? Simple, it's the average length of time it takes us to fall asleep, so you guarantee sleeping through full cycles. You won't regret it.

End Tiredness Program Tips

Many people have asked me what they can do in order to sleep less sleep each night.

Their wish is understandable and shared by nearly everyone I know. We are all so busy working, studying, taking care of our kids, not to mention having a social life. 24 hours a day minus the time we sleep just does not leave us with a whole lot of time, now does it?

Imagine how wonderful it would be to have a few more waking hours each day. You could make a little more money by working longer hours, or spend more time with your family and friends, and maybe catch an extra movie once a week.

I want to share with you a little trick by which you will be able to cut down an hour or two off your sleep time each night. There are a lot of tricks, but this one is so easy, we will start with that.

The trick is to take an afternoon nap each day.

You must be asking how can more sleeping reduce the amount of time you sleep each day? Well, you'll be amazed, but a short afternoon nap can make wonders and also reduce the number of hours you sleep each night. Even a half hour nap may allow you to do without a complete sleep cycle each night. As each sleep cycle is 90 minutes long, you gain an hour of waking time. I know a woman who cut her night sleeping time from 9 hours to 6 when she began taking an hour long nap each afternoon.

A short nap stops the body from accumulating tiredness and it can do with less overall sleep.

Do not oversleep on your afternoon nap. This may cause trouble going to sleep at night, and you'll end up counting sheep wondering why you can't sleep and you'll wake up tired. Half an hour to and hour of nap time will do.

If you have a daytime job and cannot just take a nap or your boss will have a fit, make sure to just close your eyes after lunch for 15-30 minutes. Eat a quick and light lunch and let your eyes rest without falling asleep. You can do it in a nearby park or anywhere comfortable. You will be surprised at how energetic you will feel afterwards. And when you go to bed at night you'll need much less sleep.

Try it, sleep less, and you'll have more time on your hand.

Hi James,
The End Tiredness Program doesn't deal specifically with people with kids who wake up. What it does is help you feel less tired with whatever sleeping time you have. Of course, sleep is important, but it can help.

Does this program deal realistically with someone who has children who sometimes wake frequently in the night, interrupting then the sleep cycle?
