Jealousy is a powerful emotion.

You can feel pain, sorrow and anger all mixed together.

2. Make time for yourself

You can try doing something that you enjoy to take your mind off your jealousy, even if it is only for half an hour, or one hour.

Make it something that can bring a smile to your face. This can help.

You might want to try and do something physical. When you exercise, your body releases endorphins which make you feel good. And feeling good when you're trying to stop your jealousy can make a difference.

    kids are gone...its just me and him after 26 years...this means that all my attention goes to him and what he is doing, who he is talking to etc...trying to get a grip before it ruins my marriage.

    For what i take from my past experiences. Jealousy shows much more about how insecure the person feel about himself than any real thing related to the subject of jealousy.
